Where a "bimbo" focuses on dramatizing or maximizing her womanly attributes to garner a man's attention, a "bimby" is a young woman, usually the age of 18 and 30 that maximizes her girly attributes to capture the attention of an older Man and to sexualize His dominant Daddy nature. She may do this by wearing too short skirts and dresses that exposes her butt, by wearing to tiny shirts without a bra. She may put her hair up in pig tails, braids, or pony tails. And to top it off, she may suck on lollipops and suckers and wear a little back pack like she is going off to school. While she may play dumb, and act innocent, she really knows what she is doing, she is tapping into an older Man's "Daddy" nature and acts submissive to it.
