Xiaohongshu
A Chinese social media app equivalent to Pinterest. It's been called Rednote, but it translates to little red book (possibly a reference to the book Quotations from Chairman Mao). It has a built in shop akin to the TikTok shop. Recently, many extreme leftists have joined it and flooded it with western culture and memes because TikTok was temporarily banned for a horribly long amount of time (like 14 hours,) and some realized how horrible China's censorship really is, however, many still look through rose tinted glasses to believe that China is some sort of holy land just because it's communist. If TikTok was hell, then Xiaohongshu is purgatory.
