Molchat Doma Mug
A Belarusian post-punk band consisting of: Roman Komogortsev (e-guitar, synthesizer, drum mashine and composing) Egor Shkutko (singer, previously the bassist) Pavel Kozlov (bass, synthesiser, the gay of the band) It all started in 2017 when Roman, Egor and someone else they don't want to tell the name of met in college and decided to start a band. Egor was the bassist and the other person the singer. They recorded S Kryshi Nashikh Domov (rus: с крыши наших домов) (translation: from the roofs of our houses), but the old singer decided that theres no hope in the band and left. Roman and Egor decided that Egor should become the new singer and bassist. They recorded their first album once again and Roman met Pavel in supposedly Karma Crew (where else do you meet him than that bar lmao) and became friends with him. Then, Pavel joined the band, getting the bassist position. In 2018 they recorded their debut album Etazhi (rus: Етажи) (translation: floors). The song sudno (rus: судно) (translation: vase) got viral on TikTok in the quarantine of 2020 when american white girls thought that post-soviet eastern european countries are really aesthetic. In 2020, they released their third album; Monument (rus: монумент). The fandom had its debut in 2020-late 2021. Thats when all the inside jokes formed, like Pavel the #1 literally anything, first syllable of a wordgor/vel/man. The most famous one is Trucker Lyokha (Egor). The most famous meme page is mdwithoutcontext on Instagram
