Conservative women and confused people of color may also display symptoms of being “Whiteboy Butthurt.” This phenomenon can be detected easily by an individual’s excessive use of hyperbole coupled with a lack of substantial or intellectual criticism when they feel someone is negatively encroaching on their perceived freedoms. IE: the freedom to be an asshole all the time with no consequence, the freedom to tell others what to do while having zero experience in the given subject, the freedom to blindly ignore all sociopolitical aspects of a given circumstance, and the freedom to be right all the time. If your concerned a friend or partner may get Whiteboy Butthurt, check the walls for fist size holes, and their internet history. 4chan can be a red flag, but what they do on Reddit is far more indicative of Whiteboy Butthurtism. The easiest place to find people being Whiteboy Butthurt is in YouTube comments, political forums, outside abortion clinics in the south, and Philadelphia.
