An SUV, manufactured by the Chevrolet corporation since the mid-1990's. A "big" vehicle, it is large, stylish, powerful and rugged but has a large engine that gets less-than-desireable mileage. Shares bodystyle and parts with the Chevrolet Suburban and Avalanche, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, and Escalade EXT, as well as the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra. Because of their high frames, the installation of large rims is quite easy, and in fact, GM offers this service from the factory. In the United States, the Tahoe is a popular alternative to the Ford Crown Victoria for police car use, especially in rural areas, where its high horsepower and 4x4 capability are needed. However, most of said towns cannot afford the gasoline required to run an entire fleet of SUV police vehicles, so they are mostly used for special situations or as supplemental vehicles. Also, Lake Tahoe is a freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada, on the border between California and Nevada, with approximately two-thirds of the shoreline in California. It is located near Reno, Nevada, and the SUV was named after it.

First heard the term “Cheddar Headed” from the song Feel Good by the Gorillaz. Had to look it up and found the definition hilarious and at times very true! So......had to have it! Took it to work and it definitely made an impression. Hahaha!
