It's one of the urban words like many that can be reused or added to many situations. For example: I slang CDs. I slang Drugs. I slang cell phones. I slang what ever it is you need, I have it. "I slang and simply mean "I supply" but more commonly is the word "slangin" is used and not followed with a product then the assumption is that what's being "slung" is drugs. but you can slang anything if you hustle like that! Lol
