Taint Tanning - the act of going full ass up, crotch open during a tanning session in order to get color/tan on that elusive 1" patch of real estate, and eliminate "butt smile lines". Taint - The perineum is the space between the anus and scrotum in the male and between the anus and the vulva in the female.
