A person, or persons who are largely plagued by bouts of insomnia due to overcomsuption of super caffinated beverages, and who try to combat restlessness with acts such as midnight bowling, raquetball, and/or sitting on exercise equipment. Because of such lack of sleep, which often is accompanied by loss of appetite, sufferers of Saccomani will often battle bouts of attention defecit disorder.
