Someone who dresses up in a wild and crazy fashion. Tight colored jeans, or bright shiny multicolored clothes with bandanas or a hat. The whole outfit is very tutti frutti and even more, the person is hard to define as what gender they are attracted to from groups they hang out with as an appearance. For exaple as seeing a male with a retro type of style, but who acts and talks gay but is always with a group of girls.
