Another name given for the scumbag town of Gravesend, Kent in the UK. It derives from the fact that any given night, despite nobody ever having any money, it will be turned into a party zone filled with pill-poppers, meth heads and any other number of drug fuelled lunatics looking to party. I LOVE my mug! It's such a meaningful way to remember a word my Dad "coined" When I was a child. I am very pleased.
Holy Cow, when I ordered the mug I mistakenly googled flenching instead of fetching! My wife and German Shepard compete in AKC canine agility competition and our German Shepherd won the fetching competition. To surprise her I thought I bought her a fetching coffee mug, needless to say I’m now living in Hotel 6.
