Symptons include, but are not limited to, owning an iPod Nano new generation, listening to Eminiem, Kanye West, Ke$ha, etc., believing autotune to be "talent," having the irresistable urge to shop at Hot Topic, thinking you're an epic fan of a band because you play their Guitar Hero song over and over again, and either being a Justin Bieber fan or a "hater" who says he's gay despite not evening have heard of him.
