A scifi/fantasy subgenre where the main character has game mechanics like in an RPG. Attributes, skills, levels, and quests are all very common. Training montages are accompanied with skill and attribute level ups, and quests appear as floating boxes. The system may be part of the world itself, with every character using it, or it is could be a unique cheat system of the main character.

I LOVE my mug! It's such a meaningful way to remember a word my Dad "coined" When I was a child. I am very pleased.
Holy Cow, when I ordered the mug I mistakenly googled flenching instead of fetching! My wife and German Shepard compete in AKC canine agility competition and our German Shepherd won the fetching competition. To surprise her I thought I bought her a fetching coffee mug, needless to say I’m now living in Hotel 6.
