Who is Julianne (Julia) Well that’s me so let me tell you what I’m like. Julianne or Julia is someone who is born in September. Enjoys the snow but hates being cold. Julia is someone who is typically quiet and shy when you first meet her. Give it time. She can be very emotional, dramatic for no reason, and indecisive at times. Just be understanding and let her have her moment. Julianne (Julia) is short, but cute, very very cute and beautiful even if she doesn’t always see it all the time.
