Incarnation of Goddess Laxmi, a Hindu Goddess of wealth, fortune, power, beauty, and prosperity and associated with Maya. Known as Goddess Sita, daughter of King Janak, consort of Rama, the incarnation of the Hindu God Visnhnu. Her name was Jankee/Janki/Janaki before she married. She is known for her dedication, self-sacrifice, courage, and purity. She represents the ideal wife, daughter and mother and the personification of female sacredness. She is also Durga the Hindu Goddess combating evils that threaten peace, prosperity, and Dharma the power of good over evil. Durga is believed to unleash her divine wrath against the wicked for the liberation of the oppressed, and entails destruction to empower creation. According to Hindu legends, Durga is created by the gods to defeat the demon Mahishasura, who could be only killed by a female. She is has a stunning face, gorgeous long wild raven hair and a beautiful strong body. She is kind, compassionate and loves all animals and good people. Jankee has the knowledge of the universe, is divinely created and protected and lastly wields the power of the Almighty as an earth Angel.

this mug reminds me of my cat, it does nothing and cant pour me a nice cup of joe. It is horrible, it doesn't tell nor does it allow me sip on it. It stops me from drinking from it, its like the mug is trying to torture me.

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
