Like it's all up in the head of the high level boys and up in the nose and the eyes and sometimes in the sky when there is a large concentration of nut like during skeleton forts. You take the ghost nut and sell it to the order of souls who's prime goal it is to use the nut for maximum gain, be it for personal consumption which can also be done be a player if the have a high enough reputation. They also get the nut all up in they cloth and the ship so they can flaunt they collected nut.
