Fu Jiang Xuai mug
An ancient method of energy control practiced by selected members of the Chinese population, said to allow the user to gain full mastery of his inner chi. These tests have been known to be extremely rigorous, with inexperienced members being unable to walk properly for months (or in some cases, years).
