Making empty promises or not making any promises at all…(which is worse). Not understanding the basic needs of your own children, like feeding, bathing or helping financially to cover the cost of raising a child. A douche bag father does the very bare minimum of parenting. A douche bag father typically finds another poor innocent female soul to lie to and manipulate to try to help while children visit.
