Female equivalent of toxic masculinity. There being nothing in actual femininity that could be described as toxic the word was invented to mean aberrant thought processes and behaviour in women.

Germaine was complaining about the low representation of women in a profession that very few women seem interested in or apply for jobs in.She said it was because of the patriarchy. We all thought that was an appalling display of feminism.
