Just an amazing person. Anyone would be lucky to have Phoebe in their life. She's sexy sweet (usually brunette) outgoing, fun and, did I say sexy? She loves the summer and anyone dating her would be the luckiest person in the world.
Person 1: Guess what? I'm dating Phoebe! Person 2: Who's Phoebe? Person 3: the most sweet beautiful girl you'll ever meet. Your so lucky! Person 1: I know I know

always has a smile on her face but is depressed on the inside. She likes to draw. She always makes jokes and has a laugh of a hyena. She is the type of person who can help anyone when hurt or sad. If you meet a Phoebe keep her forever. A badass bitch
i have a friend named phoebe and i call her phobo

Completely and utterly stramoculous.
Wow, Phoebe is just so stramoculous! I sure wish I could be stramoculous like her, but that is of course impossible, because only she can be stramoculous.
