This is hilarious. Look how many of you have bothered to list what a scene kid should or does look like. All the people writing about what scene is, are most likely the fat whale wannabes who wish they looked as good as people like "scene" kids. Or wish that they could fit in skinnies but their rolls of fat get in the way, so they decide to take the piss instead. "Scene kids" don't like ugly fat mank people. Whats wrong with that? Damn right they should. Whats wrong with hanging around with pretty people im sorry but i wouldnt want to hang around with someone that looked like a monkey on LSD. I appreciate people who take pride in their appearance. Get over yourselfs you fat c***s. Jealousy gets you nowhere. Tbh, punks, emos, indie kids, metal heads, the hxc kids, geeks all are clones of each other. NO ONES ORIGINAL. ORIGINAL DOES NOT EXIST. We all go to the same shops and buy the same things. And what? Die.

The most stereotyped style or musical culture for many "underground" teens to young adults. Scene is misunderstood by everyone who isn't, wants to be, hates, and is in fact scene. It's not real because when you live in an actual city where bands play odds are there is more than one scene, or type of music. Scene is not supposed to be screamo, emo, hardcore, posthardcore, or any of those other labels given to a band based on how they dress. It is supposed to be people who support the "local" scene, meaning all the local genres, not just hxc, militia, or god knows what else. I could go on and on and on and on ...but everyone else already did and I just added another pointless entry because only "scene" kids read this right?

If you wear a tight band t-shirt, tight jeans, and someone doesn't know who you are and sees you at a show they'll point at you with their friends and say, "look at that scene or scenemo kid." all the other definitions before this one

Scene kids are nothing more then a bunch of kids who dress differently then the majority. We like to express our emotions through our music tastes or our style. We make fashion statements..so what? If you can't deal then fuck off k?

I don't know what an example of a scene kid would be. If you see us you know who we are.

Scene is all the poser kids that want to be HxC or Indie etc. Scene is not HxC kids or punk/indie kids, just the imposters. They dress like the HxC kids because they think it looks cool. Because people have a bandana or they have the "choppy hair" does not make them scene. They are not into it because of them music but of the popluarity.

Wow look at that lame Scene kid trying to act like those HxC kids. He thinks hes cool by dressing like them.
