pronounced FOO-SEE-SHE-OUS Describes a closeted black man whom wants to appears straight especially within higher educational setting such as universities and colleges. Will typically be humorous about himself being straight where it is almost noticeable. Basically he is being facetious about who he is. It can also be used in the pejorative to insult someone based on their sexuality.
