During an orientation for new students in the masters program in social work at CSULB, LGBTQ was used and everyone said "what's the Q for?" I guess they were afraid to actually use the word Queer, so they said "it means Questioning, as applied to young people, questioning their sexuality." Ah well, it's too late now to transfer someplace else

We counsel the entire LGBTQ population on coming out day.
