A snoregasm (pronounced as spelt) is when your brain gets so bored it gives you an orgasm just to liven things up a bit.

Tom: I was so bored in that lecture.I ended up having a snoregasm. When I opened my eyes everyone was looking at me. Jerry: Bummer.

A snoregasm is a random fit of loud snorting in the middle of the night, noticed when sleeping over, or during a booty call. The person snoregasming tends to have nasal problems of some sort.
