Swag is a short form for swagger which originally was a pokemon move used to gain attack power at the risk of confusion.
(insert name): wow dawg i got so much swag Pokemon Master: Bitch shut the fuck up before I get my slowpoke to use swag on your ass (insert name): shit man I'm sorry

Something you take camping.
Person 1: I got swag! Person 2: Yeah? Where are you going?

a combination of the words "swimming" and "fag", or another word for a gay fish
Terry: I'm going for a swim. Jim: Watch out for Swags, they're mating this time of year.

A word that was once originally cool, a shortened form of swagger, or a meter of one's "coolness." This was, of course until it was blatantly overused by 14-year old girls thinking they are cool by overusing the word "swag." It is best used only once a week, or else people think you are a fag from saying "swag" too much.
Random girl: Hey Jessica those are some pretty cool shoes! Jessica: Oh yeah. Swag. Random girl: That doesn't even make sense...
