Isn't exactly what the common perception of it would suggest. See example:
Guy 1: oh man, 'rule 34' this shit STAT, it would be so FUNNY, think of how many childhoods it'll ruin! Guy 2: *jacking it to assorted rule34 images* Guy 1: *jacking it to assorted rule34 images*

Involving sexual//explicit things of said person. Person being told has porn on the internet.
Girl: I still play "the gameeee".... Boy: But there is also porn of you... Girl: blank stare Boy: Rule 34 Girl:......no comment.....

If it exists, there is porn of it. No exeptions. From 7chan. Often users will take the miccy and send things gross, such as 100+ adult pornography, or some sicko would say "CHILDREN UNDER 10! RULE 34, GOOO" often with an awful lot of spam to show how stupid they actually are.
OLD GRANNIES BEING SHAGGED, RULE 34! Guy: I watched power rangers last night, the pinks one's hot Guy2: RULE 34 ON TEH BLUE ONEZ! Guy3: *Posts a picture saying "GTFO"* Guy: Nice one, Guy3!

It's the more explicit version( like hentai, furry porn, etc) of deviant art, and if you don't know deviant art is your shit out of luck. It's all good and well until it's about a show you watched when you were a kid ( or better you sick fuck ).
" Dude I got a boner looking at Paw Patrol heat, on Rule 34." " You're a fucking piece of shit human"
