He/she shows Justin what he did wrong (on the internet, unfortunately). Belieber is someone who cares about Justin a lot unlike those fake fans who will leave Justin when the world judge him. It doesn't matter if you are a new/old Belieber as long as you love Justin as the same way and the same amount a Belieber should have.
