"Flobbing" is the act of very slow sex, whether it be passionate or boring. The position in which the sex is done doesn't entirely matter towards it being 'flobbing', but some positions are more appropriate than others. (I.e. Kneeling down to do oral isn't exactly flob-y, but 69ing could be).
