Ruby Blue
Ruby Blue refers to a person who is perfect, though incredibly hard to find. It is simply a name in place of someone with out it. Such as John Doe which the police use to identify someone without a name.
"What are you doing on Tinder?" "Just looking for my Ruby Blue."
