If you can hire a lawyer to represent you won't your being present this is the preferred method. Legal controversy is hippocratic so it just comes down to who has the most money or if you can beat the DA's budget.

Like the mug for my daughter, but didn’t notice that I had color choices when checking out. The yellow was pre-set so I got that color. Would much rather have selected a different color.
