Failure Cock - is a term coined by the legendary record producer/songwriter/musician/actor, Kim Fowley. One of his most well known amazing achievements was creating the band and writing the music for the first all girl rock 'n' roll band known as "The Runaways".

"The Runaways", began in 1975. Failure Cock means, "inadequate low level boyfriend with nothing to offer the girl" - "A man or boy who feels the need to create havoc in a [relationship] being [professional] or romantic in order of capturing attention"
