A boog is the same thing as a booger, with one exception. It's called a booger while it still resides in the nostril. Once it passes the outer nostril, it becomes a boog. Like if someone shoots a snot rocket and you see the offending glob stuck on the television screen, at that point it becomes a boog. Or if yer [talking to] your date but you can't pay attention to whatever the hell shes blabbering about because shes got this inch long nose nugget flappin out of her nostril, its not quite [technically] a boog yet, because its still attached to the inside of her nose, but once you grab that badboy out of her nose and wipe it on her forehead, THEN its a boog.
