Grunt Candy is a slang term originating in the [United States Marine Corps], whose enlisted soldiers are often known as grunts. Normally, it refers to 800mg Ibuprofen (Motrin), a [prescription] strength painkiller, fever reducer and anti-inflammatory in the class known as NSAIDS.
