Originally posted on 4chan's /b forum, the Dancing Man is a collection of two photos; one of an overweight man dancing fervently, and the other of the same man bowing his head in [humiliation] as (presumeably) a group of people laugh at him. The caption of the photo said: "Spotted this specimen trying to dance the other week. He stopped when he saw us laughing." Due to the mean-spirited nature of the post, a Twitter user decided to start a #dancingman campaign to find the Dancing Man, and furthermore invite him to a massive party with hundreds of woman in LA. This hastag quickly blew up on Twitter, with even celebrities like [Pharrell Williams], Moby, and Ellie Goulding supporting the cause and opting to perform at the party. The Dancing Man was [eventually] identified as a London native named Sean, who will attend the party.
