Someone who feels that anorexia or bulimia, even sometimes ednos, is glamorous and would be desirable. They try to make themselves have an [eating disorder], by starving and making themselves throw up, and ultimately failing. These wannarexics normally only last a few weeks at most with their behaviors.
It is also used by many anorexics, bulimics and people with ednos because they feel they are not pleasing Ana, Mia and Essie. They feel too fat to have an [eating disorder].

Wannarexica is basically when a young girl or boy with low self [esteem] find proana sites and watch eating disorder awareness movies and songs and want to be thin. It's also when a person who is diagnosed with the eating disorder feels nobody notices because they are 'too fat'.
