Bloop is an onamonapia that literally does not mean any other thing. It is not offensive or specific, however it is made with the sound of bloop and is explosive. Once you have heard it you may not know where it came from and would doubt that it was human.
A Bloop is [technically] loud enough that it is considered an assault merely due to the personal power of your diaphragm and mouth, it is not to be used irresponsibly, instead on unsuspecting passers by or [pedestrians]. Be warned, a Bloop is not to be directed at an enemy, nor is it [unfriendly], it is merely surprising, and [unbelievable].
