A man that judges a woman based on her status in society and physical attributes.
He cares about her breast size, not the size of her heart. Her level of education, not the wealth of knowledge learned on her own accord or through life experience.

As well as various other aspects of herself, hair color and length, family ties (does she have a mother and father...are they rich?), past [relationships] and the amount of friends and money she has.

This man is judgmental and cares only about getting what he wants and often changes his mind. This is due to his surface level/superficial drive, as well as, ever changing trends in society and its expectations and determination of what is considered desirable.
