Reoccurring Urination Syndrome (RUS) This syndrome is when one fully empties their bladder (or they believe they have) and then after washing their hands (mostly occurs with warm water) they then feel the need to urinate again. Often there is no more liquid to be expelled from the urethra, and the subject of the syndrome can often leave the toilet.
