A poorper is a person who cannot afford even the simplest things in life like [new shoes] or a multi story house even after a full working life because he/she does not save money or is in debt to a pay day loan company (Or bought something from Brighthouse). Short for 'poor person' it [originated] in North West England and has been used for quite a while, although it has [not really] moved away from its origins.

A poorper is usually found in the bad areas of town where people tend to live in council houses. Poorpers are usually people who refuse to actually make an effort to work and might claim benefits illegally. They may also be found in apartment buildings and other run down areas that make good use off the crappy surrounds to make cheap apartments/flats and rent them to poorer people.

When the son/daughter grows up they continue the cycle and breed more poorpers which is known as the poorper cycle. It takes one dedicated [individual] to break from this cycle because they HAVE to succeed despite their possible lack of support from family members or bad upbringing.

Poorpers usually drop out of school early before their exams and try to get a job without any [experience]. They may then go to a collage to study and depending on their dedication, succeed or fail. Poorpers usually spend most of their free time on computer games or browsing Facebook and despising more [successful] people, which is mostly everyone.
