noun. A rare race of people that requires one parent to be of a dark skin descent and the other parent to be Irish. In order to be considered a Neegbust, the [individual] must have grown up in [Southern California] and Moved to South Florida after the age of 16 and before the age of 19. A Neegbust could usually be found selling marijuana in small and large amounts in the most obvious and arrest-prone ways possible. Also, a Neegbust has the ability to grow a small afro instantaneously, while also being able to shrink his hair into a buzzcut within seconds (Nobody has [ever] witnessed a Neegbust haircut).

How to Spot a Neegbust:

- He is wearing shorts that are at least 2 inches above his knees with [white socks] that are at least 6 inches tall

- He sometimes can be found wearing extremely baggy jeans (usually only a short haired Neegbust dresses like this)

- He has an unusually long Newport 100 cigarette that seems to never go out
- Sometimes a Neegbust can be found sitting cross-legged hitting a obnoxiously large bong (must be [outside in] a really sketchy spot)

- He is slowing thumbing through cash in the front seat of a marijuana customer's car
- The best way to identify a Neegbust is to simply dap one up. You will know just by how he shook your hand if he is a true Neegbust
