If you are from USA, England or any other English speaking country, you can easily become an admin, mod, faction leader etcetera because nobody can actually speak English. The rest of the people try to be be cool (via "cool" forum avatars\signatures) to increase their e-penis size. It should be renamed to NGFR since it is a free roam than a roleplay server.
