The term combines both Spanish terms for "pants" (i.e. "[pantalones]") and "flaco" (i.e, "skinny" and/or "slim"). Like their Gringo and Euro [counterparts], Pantaflacos can often be seen spinning obscure vinyl in their tight pants in sustained temperatures of 100 degrees or more for several days.
