A rich town in Central Jersey that consists of wannabe [ghetto kids] just like Manalapan, if not worse. The town is divided into Freehold Township & Freehold "Borough". Borough is full of Mexicans that think they are all hood because they have a little downtown area. Freehold Township is the exact same, except it doesn't have as many Mexicans, and it is a little more diverse. The town is in the top 50 list of safest towns in NJ (both Borough & Township) and the school systems are [extremely good]. There was a time though, when Marlboro, Manalapan, Freehold, & Howell had more of a Black population (that doesn't mean they were ghetto) due to the fact that all towns had cheaper housing, but ever since then all the Black population decreased [significantly] and there are barely any black kids here and nearby..
