A recruitment term, often used by Recruitment [Consultants] and Headhunters to describe a top-level candidate. Originating in Japan from the word 'Shi-ta-do', (Done!) where Japanese headhunters would return late to the office from a meeting with a strong candidate. Shitado would imply that the work was done as the candidate was so good. As foreign recruitment companies entered Japan [in the early] 2000s, foreign employees took on the word Shitado before they evolved it into Schtud (to them, an [alternative] pronunciaton of the word 'Stud').
