OR: c) If the patient has requested to be taken off and/or weaned off any medication and the physician/surgeon/practioner/doctor UPS the dose, instead of taking the dose down, and/or sneakily gives the patient another drug of the same class while telling the patient that it is something completely different! d) Any physician/surgeon/practioner/[doctor who] completely cuts off a patient's "narcotic" medication without weaning them off, and without researching/knowing the possible NEUROTOXIC side effects of said prescribed medication.
