A term used in the junior exploration /resource sector. Specifically referring to a deal that is publically traded. Most commonly referred to TSX Venture listed deals. First coined by an Investor Relations representaive (Vancouver, BC based) to describe his thoughts on the majority of Venture listed deals durring the markets meltdown in 2008. "That deal is such a piece of JRDS (Junior Dog Shit), I wouldn't touch it!"
