Gay Hipster Douche Syndrome An acronym for the syndrome that has plagued the early part of 21st century. GHD Syndrome is a phenomena caused by the over indulgence of PBR and bad indie music. Initial symptoms are metro-sexual in nature and may include thick rimmed glasses, skinny jeans, feathers, and knit scarves/hats worn even in sweltering heat.
