To scam or to rip off something or someone. A deal that benefits only one person - the fugazer.

The art of getting things (or your way) so that the benefits rest heavily in your favour and that the other side loses out.

A systematic plan to get your way: "Oo did you end up fugazing that clerk to get the beer 50% off ?"

A devious plan; gain something for yourself at another's cost: "Mingia bro you still [working on] that fugaze to get free balls out of that billiardini table"
