The same as being butt-dialed (being called on the phone by accident; the origin of the name comes from the phone being in the back pocket of someone and the keys being pressed when the person sits down and accidentally calling someone) except it occurs while the caller is having sex. You can tell you've been sex dialed if you pick up the phone and nobody talks on the other end, and all you hear are moans, etc.
