It was derived from a few songs by the [Notorious B.I.G]. where he says the phrase, "Frank White". B.I.G. wasn't using it in the same context of cocaine but, it was known that B.I.G. was a drug dealer in [the streets] of Brooklyn who did in fact sell cocaine.
