KuroKiiro Festival is a small [anime convention] held in Pittsburgh, [Pennsylvania] or around the area. It is a sister convention to Tekkoshocon. The first KKF was on the 8 floor of a small hotel, with 5 rooms, and a lobby. It wasn't very fun, but fans were satisfied. They have awesome dances, (like Tekkoshocon.) and everyone is very friendly. In 2010, KKF II is happening in November, at the Boyd [Community Center]. The location is awkward, but there is/was lots of land to dance and run around.
